  3. Arriving late to an appointment may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the clinic’s discretion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
  2. Refunds are not provided for completed services, except in cases of clinic error or as required by law.
  3. Package deals or promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Medical Disclosures

  1. Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history during the consultation process.
  2. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions or medications may result in treatment refusal.
  3. The clinic is not liable for adverse effects due to undisclosed medical conditions.

6. Liability

  1. ID Cosmetic Clinic will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services unless caused by negligence.
  2. Post-treatment care instructions must be followed carefully. Failure to comply may affect results and is the client’s responsibility.

7. Privacy

8. Promotions and Discounts

  1. Discounts and promotions are time-limited and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
