Silhouette InstaLift uses absorbable micro-cones to instantly lift aging, mid-facial skin, including sagging cheeks and deeper nasolabial folds. This procedure also activates your natural collagen production to boost volume over time for up to 2 years. That means you can achieve the look you want — without surgery or fillers.

Patients with extensive skin laxity, thin skin and/or severe malar fat sagging are not good candidates for this procedure. Take extra precautions for patients with neurological conditions. Take extra care with patients who have bleeding disorders and with patients who are taking medications that inhibit blood clotting(e.g. vitamin E, acetylsalicylic acid and salicylic acid derivatives and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Patients with foreign body sensitivity or known or suspected allergies to implant or instrument materials in particular plastic/biomaterial should not undergo the procedure. Do NOT use in patients with active sepsis or infection, active(or history of) autoimmune disease, patients under 18 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or patients with limited ability or un-willingness to follow post-treatment recommendations.

BEFORE TREATMENT

You’ll meet with your physician for a consultation. During this appointment. It’s important to be open and honest about your expectations for treatment. This will help your physician tailor the treatment to meet your unique needs.

DURING TREATMENT

You’ll get a local anesthetic injected into the tissue just beneath your skin. Once the sutures have been inserted, your physician will position them precisely where they need to be to achieve the lift you want. This in-office procedure will take less than an hour.

AFTER TREATMENT

Your procedure will only take under an hour and can be done right in your doctor’s office. InstaLift also has minimal downtime with most signs of treatment (ex: bruising, swelling, and tenderness at the treatment site) dissipating within 24–48 hours.

You’ll notice an immediate lift in your cheeks and mid-face thanks to InstaLift’s Micro-Suspension Technology™. Its bi-directional cones will keep your mid-facial skin in an elevated position. And, as time goes by, your body will stimulate its own natural collagen production for a more youthful appearance.

Your physician will give you post-treatment recommendations and an aftercare program to follow to ensure the best possible result.

Frequently asked question

1. what sets instalift apart from other facial rejuvenation treatments?

InstaLift takes an innovative approach to mid-facial skin rejuvenation — addressing sagging mid-facial skin on the outside and volume loss on the inside. It’s the only non-surgical treatment with advanced Micro-Suspension Technology™ that uses micro-cones to provide an immediate lift and a gradual boost in natural collagen production.

2.How long will my cheeks stay up with instalift?

You may notice a youthful-looking appearance that continues to improve over 6 months following treatment with long-term results lasting up to 2 years.

  1. 3.Who is a good candidate for treatment with InstaLift?

As with all treatments, be sure to ask your physician if InstaLift is right for you. InstaLift is most often recommended for women (mid-30s to age 50) seeking a rejuvenated, yet natural-looking appearance, as well as experiencing a loss of elasticity/sagging skin and loss of volume in the mid-face. They look in the mirror and lift their cheeks, wishing they could revert to where they once were and envision the youthful appearance they once had.

These women are looking for an immediate lift while adding volume over time. In fact, they may have previously received cosmetic injectables. However, they don’t feel ready for surgery. While they have good skin quality, they also notice their nasolabial folds and/or sagging in their cheeks.

  1. 4.How should I prepare for treatment?

Talk to your physician about your expectations and ask any questions before starting treatment. Also, be sure to tell your physician about any treatments you’ve already had and any medicines you’re currently taking.

  1. 5.Will I need general anesthesia?

No. Your physician will only use a local anesthetic to numb the area before treatment.

  1. 6.How much does InstaLift cost?

Cost of the procedure varies by physician and is based on each patient’s individual needs.
