- 提取脂肪的方法通常采用创伤小、并发症少的湿性真空吸脂，切口通常约3-5mm，因此愈合后疤痕很小且位于隐蔽部位，例如脐部和臀线。
自体脂肪填充 弊端
- 医生需要具备高水平的技术和经验。如果手术操作不当，过量注射或不均匀注射会导致脂肪团块中央供血不足，从而形成包块。注射层次过浅也可能会损伤肌肉血管，引起血肿。
- 脂肪存活率不是100%，会有一定程度的吸收。受医生技术、个人体质差异以及术后护理等多种因素的影响，不同的人脂肪存活率存在差异，但一般在50%-90%之间。
- 不能一次性注射过多的脂肪，最好采用“适量”多次填充的方法，这样可以获得更好的效果。
- 对于特别瘦削、没有足够脂肪量的人来说，不适合进行自体脂肪移植手术，因为需要一定的自身体脂率才能进行手术。
- 过度填充可能会导致硬结、钙化等问题，甚至会给人一种非常充气的感觉。此外，还可能出现凹凸不平、塌陷等现象。
自体脂肪填充的效果几乎是不可逆的，因为填充的脂肪会存活并最终成为身体的正常组织，而不像玻尿酸一样在一定时间内被身体分解吸收。此外，由于该注射手术的最小单位是细胞，而玻尿酸的最小单位是分子，所以自体脂肪填充很容易让人感觉假和臃肿。

In addition, since the smallest unit of the injection is a cell, and the smallest unit of hyaluronic acid is a molecule, autologous fat filling can easily make people feel fake and bloated.
