- 治疗后一周内请暂停使用果酸、A酸产品。
- 治疗前一周避免去角质或换肤。
- 尽量不喝酒、不吸烟。

术后须知：
- 治疗后皮肤可能出现轻微红肿和热感约1~2小时，不需要冰敷。
- 大部分人治疗后不会有伤口，但有可能出现瘀血，大约一周后消退。
- 少数人可能出现轻微肿胀、瘀血、水泡或皮肤不整齐，这些都是暂时的，约3天～2周自然恢复。
术后照顾：
- 加强保湿和防晒，建议涂抹SPF30以上的防晒霜。
- 1周内避免使用果酸、A酸或酒精产品，避免刺激皮肤。
- 1周内避免泡澡、桑拿、游泳、温泉等。
