▎The treatment process of picosecond laser
皮秒雷射的「皮秒」是一种时间单位，雷射击发时间由一般传统雷射的奈秒(nanosecond)缩短到皮秒(picosecond)单位，可在短脉衝时间内产生强大的光震波，减缓热效应与组织伤害，时间越短，热能越少，能量却增强，因此皮秒雷射具有超短脉衝时间的优势。

▎皮秒雷射皮秒雷射前先了解，为什麽脸上会长斑?
斑点形成的原因除了受个人体质影响外，肌肤若遭到阳光及紫外线的曝晒，就会使皮肤表皮基底层的色素母细胞分泌更多的麦拉宁黑色素，而这些黑色素如果不能正常顺利地代谢，就会导致斑点的形成。由于斑点的深浅、大小及型态皆不同，故雷射治疗次数及方式也依情况而有所不同。

▎皮秒雷射的术前须知
- 慢性病如高血压、糖尿病患者请控制在正常范围内。有药物过敏或特殊体质的人应事先告知。
- 治疗前一週停用外用A酸药膏，另外请勿进行果酸或其他去角质、换肤等治疗。
- 3~6个月，停用口服A酸，停用期间依口服时间及剂量而定。
- 1个月前，请勿过度日晒、SPA或进行日光浴。
- 若有以下状况，请事先告知并徵询医师意见后确认是否可进行治疗。 ◇治疗后，若有安排出国行程或是将进行户外活动。 ◇怀孕、荨麻疹、治疗部位有病毒感染、皮肤病变、血液或免疫力系统异常者。 ◇曾经得过口唇型疱疹者，因为雷射手术有可能会刺激口唇型疱疹复发。 ◇如有重大疾病、服用特殊药物、近期内有皮肤异常。
▎皮秒雷射的治疗流程
- 术前谘询：医师按照个人需求评估治疗范围及建议施作次数
- 洗卸清洁、敷麻膏：美容师针对治疗范围仔细洗卸，并进行敷麻约20~30分钟
- 开始施打：施打前会戴上眼罩，保护眼睛
- 术后当下：脸上会有暂时性的泛红，这是正常现象，不用担心
- 镇定舒缓：适宜的冰敷及保湿缓解肌肤，疗程完成
